my story

This journey began when I took on a life coach in 2013. I felt stuck in my job, life and body. I was completely disconnected and had no idea who the real me was anymore. The same year, I discovered that life coaching was a passion of mine and started my certification process.

A year and half later, my life changed in so many ways that I knew I needed to share my experience with as many people as possible. I dove into self-discovery and connected to my life’s purpose: to be the light that guides others to their greatness.

On this journey, I found yoga as a mindful movement tool that supported my purpose and healing from past trauma and diet culture conditioning. I cultivated a greater awareness of my mind and body, which led to a deeper connection to myself. Through my yoga teacher training I began to understand the impact of yoga as a mental practice, not just a physical one.

I began to consciously connect my mind, body and soul. I discovered the possibilities I could create in my life and the control I had over my own happiness. I found freedom and the ability to make the necessary changes to achieve the life I desired. To live a life filled with joy, love and confidence. I was able to explore what it meant to unlock my inner awesome and be the best version of myself.
