I believe there is a quieter voice within us that already knows the way.
my story
My journey began in 2013 when I hired a life coach because I felt stuck in my job, my life, and my body. I was disconnected from myself and had lost touch with who I really was.
That experience changed the direction of my life. I discovered a passion for helping others explore what is possible when they begin listening to themselves.
Along the way, I found yoga, which became a powerful practice for reconnecting my mind, body, and breath. Through yoga, coaching, Reiki, journaling, meditation, and my own ongoing work of self-discovery, I began to understand that the answers I was looking for weren't always outside of me. They were often waiting in the quiet. I'm still learning what it means to listen. To trust what I hear. To stay with myself. And that continues to shape the way I work with others.
a note from Jill
I don't believe people are problems to be solved. I believe we all have an inner wisdom that can become difficult to hear beneath the noise, expectations, and roles we carry.
My work is about creating space to listen—to your body, your intuition, your stories, your desires, and the quiet whispers that may be asking for your attention. Sometimes that happens through one-on-one conversation. Sometimes through writing and journaling. Sometimes through movement, breath, meditation, or simply being still. The practice may look different.
The intention is the same , to create space for you to remember yourself.
