The Artist’s Way: An Embodied Journey
Move. Reflect. Create. Return.
A 13-week in-person journey to reconnect with your creativity, your body, and the most authentic parts of yourself.
There is a part of you that already knows what you want—the curious, creative, alive part. This journey is an invitation to listen to it again.
Inspired by The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron, this is not a book club. It is a lived, embodied exploration of creativity, self-trust, resistance, and possibility through movement, meditation, journaling, reflection, and community.
Because sometimes you don’t think your way back to yourself.
Sometimes you move your way there.
What We’ll Do
Each week, we move through themes of The Artist’s Way using:
Grounding meditation & breath
Gentle yoga and somatic movement
Journaling and reflection
Discussion and sharing
Creative exploration in community
Each 90-minute session includes space to arrive, reflect, move, write, share, and return to yourself.
