The course is designed to help you tap into your creativity, overcome energy blocks, and develop a more fulfilling and expressive life. This 12-week program and methodology developed by Julia incorporates various exercises, activities, and reflections to unleash your authentic self.
During this program, I incorporate mindfulness techniques to enhance your creativity and allow for you to stay present and open to inspiration. I encourage you to focus on the journey rather then your expectations of this course. You will get from this program exactly what is meant for you. I invite you to come with an open heart and mind to what’s possible on this journey of discovery as you recover your truest self.
This is a supportive space that serves as a container for confidence, encouragement, inspiration and accountability. Through sharing our experiences, and holding space for each other, we create connection and a deeper sense of self as you create motivation to take inspired action towards your dreams.
